We agents are not controlled by the Agent Manager time out. Web agents have their own separate time out under HTTP.

The same applies to 'tell amgr schedule' it does not show any information about web agents which run in http process. 'tell amgr' only shows amgr (agent manager) work queue. There is no equivalent command for web agents, as they have no schedule queue. They run on demand.
